Congratulations to BPIF member and their apprentice for winning at the Irish Print Awards
Wesley Moody, of Alphagraphics, took to the stage at the Irish Print Awards to announce the winner of the Print Media Apprentice NI Level 2 category.
Wesley was proud to announce that Gareth McClenaghan of Boxpak had impressed the judges the most; Gareth is pictured below (right) receiving the award certificate from Wesley.
Jill Burns, HR & Quality Manager at Boxpak was especially proud of Gareth's achievement and the important role Boxpak and Belfast Metropolitan College plays in developing apprentices:
"We are delighted that Gareth McClenaghan has won Print Media Apprentice NI Level 2. Gareth joined Boxpak in 2015 as an Apprentice. Since joining Boxpak Gareth has moved from Customer Service to Planning and is currently training in other areas. Gareth is getting the opportunity to experience different departments of our business, and will now continue on to NVQ level 3.
"Every year we recruit for our apprenticeship scheme for different areas of the company. We are committed to training and developing the apprentices so they can study and gain a recognised qualification while working with us."
Congratulations to all winners and finalists; view the full list of winners on the link to the event website below.
