Balreed open exclusive Digital Print Evaluation Centre in Birmingham

Balreed have opened a new and exclusive Digital Print Evaluation Centre in their Birmingham regional office. It is the only place in the UK where production print engines from Konica, Ricoh and Xerox can be tested and compared side by side.

The showroom will be used for client demonstrations and a series of open days throughout the year.  It permanently houses a Konica Minolta 1070, Konica Minolta 1085, Xerox Versant 80 and the Ricoh 7100sx.  There is also a Duplo DC 616 (Cutter/Slitter/Creaser/Perforator) and a Vivid Matrix Laminator on show.

“Our new Digital Print Evaluation Centre provides an exclusive venue for clients to visit and meet our team of production print specialists” explained Gary Downey, Balreed’s Group Marketing Director.  “Production print is a key sector for Balreed and we have developed a unique, dedicated operation from pre-sales to aftercare and service.  This new facility will provide the opportunity for clients to put the production print engines through their paces and compare the output of files.”
