BPIF Training ISO Re-Certification

Yet again BPIF Training Business have completed a successful assessment against the ISO9001:2000 standards and renewal of certificate approval has been recommended for the next three years by Lloyds Register. The ISO quality system was fully implemented by BPIF Training in June 1994 and every three years the entire department is audited to ensure the processes for delivery of quality training programmes and plans for on-going improvement are maintained. The standard was revised in 2000 with the new version replacing the 1994 versions. One of the major strengths of ISO 9001:2000 is its wider appeal for all types of organisation. Its focus on processes and customer satisfaction rather than procedures means it is equally applicable to service providers as manufacturers with greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, process management and measurement, continual improvement with greater top management involvement. A focus on quality is important in sustaining long term business success and opportunity. Certification to the internationally recognised quality management system (QMS) standard, ISO 9001 from a reputable provider gives clear demonstration of our commitment to quality. ISO 9001 has become the international reference for quality requirements with certification, the preferred solution for over half a million organisations in 159 countries.
