Corrugated Case Company Ltd Awarded BPIF HR Seal of Excellence

Corrugated Case Company Ltd Awarded BPIF HR Seal of Excellence

Congratulations to the Corrugated Case Company Ltd based in Chesterfield who have gained the prestigious HR Seal Of Excellence to sit alongside the Health and Safety Seal Of Excellence they gained last year.

Andrew Levers, the Financial Director for the company, received the award from BPIF Regional Director North Chris Selby and BPIF HR Adviser for the North East Jo Haigh and made the following comment:

"We decided to go for the SOE in HR because we thought that our systems were quite good, we have over the last few years with the help of the BPIF gradually ensured that our systems met with all current legislation. We have taken advantage of the free audits offered by the BPIF on our system over the last few years, from the reports generated and with excellent support from Jo Haigh we have amended our systems to also include best practice where practical to an organisation of our size. This has not been a form ticking exercise, we ensured that when a system was altered that the persons responsible knew why it had changed and the need for the change in order that they could see the benefits."
