Premier Display Graphics – the SDUK Sequel
Whoever said that sequels are always worse has clearly never seen The Godfather Part II, The Dark Knight, Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back or even Terminator: Judgment Day. The same can be said for the latest Premier Display Graphics instalment at Sign & Digital UK 2020 which, following on from their premiere in 2019, promises to be another show-stopping performance from one of the UK’s leading suppliers of print media.
An Even Bigger Star Studded Cast
Since its launch the team at Premier Display Graphics have been busy growing their star-studded line up of products for the sign and display industry. Premier have added Ultraboard (the honeycomb board by Dufaylite), Marlon Polycarbonate, Marpet, Plexiglass and etec to their display graphics portfolio ensuring that they are offering a top choice of products to their customer base. These latest additions join the likes of Ritrama, Kernowjet Floorshark and MetaliK, Styline, Viprint, Adex, Twinplast, Foamalux, Neschen, Intercoat and Contravision; some of the best brands available when looking to produce some truly eye-catching and engaging displays.
A Green Way to do Display
Premier Display Graphics have a growing offering of display products that have a reduced impact on the environment. Products such as Twinplast Fluted Polypropylene, Etalbond, Ultraboard, Kernowjet Floorshark and many more are PVC-free and recyclable.
Premier are also offering their customers the opportunity to mitigate the carbon emissions from their product purchases. By joining the Carbon Capture programme, the industry’s fastest growing environmental marketing initiative, you can display your green credentials whilst supporting the Woodland Trust to plant new native woodland right here in the UK. At the end of 2019 the Carbon Capture initiative reached a monumental milestone; £1,000,000 raised and donated to the Woodland Trust, helping to create new native woodland and maintain existing ancient wooded areas up and down the country.
Cut – That’s a Wrap!
Another development at Premier included the opening of their new conversion facility in Dartford. A significant investment from the merchant which has seen the installation of a state of the art Striebig wall saw; controlled by optimising software to ensure the most efficient and cost effective conversion of products.
Premier’s new conversion service means that products such as Foamalux, Plexiglas, Marlon, Marpet and Etalbond can be converted down to bespoke sizes, as small as 200x200mm.
Sign & Digital UK 2020
When you visit SDUK this year be sure to go and tread the red carpet at stand D10; you’ll be able to meet with Premier’s friendly & knowledgeable team, enjoy a box or two of popcorn, take some selfies and be wowed by some of the exciting products that Premier will be showcasing. Of course there will also be competitions to enter and prizes to be won... it wouldn’t be a Premier Display Graphics stand without one or two special guest appearances.

22 February 2024
Performance in the UK's printing and printed packaging industry did improve in Q4, as far as output and orders are concerned. However, it didn't come close to what would historically be considered the seasonal norm, nor quite match the subdued expectations for Q4.
