MiRiCal Emblems wins Queen’s Award for Enterprise

MiRiCal Emblems has recently been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2019 in recognition of their outstanding growth in exporting over the last 3 years.

The company based in Blidworth, Nottinghamshire manufactures a wide range of garment decoration products, almost exclusively for heat seal application by garment suppliers. Products fall into 2 main categories, products for the industrial wash environment and products for home wash. These are complemented by a number of ancillary products and heat-seal equipment specifically designed to aid application to the wide variety of fabrics used in the manufacture of workwear, safetywear and sportswear.

Innovation has been the platform for the company's success as demonstrated by the many ‘firsts' the company can lay claim to in respect of product, manufacturing process and service such as innovative heat seal process control, Contract Life Pricing (CliP), digital patch emblem production, glaze free heat sealing and FR accredited patch emblems.

Dawn Reid, Regional Director for the area added, "This is great news, the Queen's Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious awards for UK businesses, recognising and celebrating business excellence and the winners are approved by Her Majesty the Queen so this is a fantastic achievement for the team.
