Case Example
A customer refused to pay for work done by a printer after agreeing the first batch. The printer went ahead and produced the work, incurring the production costs. However, when it came to invoicing the client, the customer claimed that the work had not been completed to the requested specification.

The BPIF were able to provide an independent authoritative report that was used to highlight that the product was fit for use, and therefore the client was to pay for the work carried out.
