Review systems – are they part of your customer service offering?
Reputation and review systems are now commonplace in the online transaction world (B2C), but are developing across B2B interactions.
The growth and usage of tools such as TripAdvisor as an early reference site for other people's experiences has become part of our own decision making. The public now has greater transparency on others' experiences in order to help make a judgement.
Likewise, upon receiving reviews, the service industry has learnt how to respond and turn negatives into positives and also raise their own service levels and accountability.
