Oxuniprint Limited achieve the BPIF HR Seal of Excellence Award

Oxuniprint Limited, Oxford University Press, BPIF member has recently achieved the BPIF HR Seal of Excellence Award (SOE).

Ian Wilton said "I am so happy as Managing Director because HR is so important to a business whether it is large or small. Human Resources plays an essential role in developing a company's strategy as well as handling the employee-centered activities of an organisation. The functions of HR should focus on the company's greatest resource of all - its employees."

The BPIF Seal of Excellence Awards are a great way for individuals, departments and businesses to demonstrate their expertise both internally and to the Print Industry. Often the SOE award is just one stage in a programme of continued improvement. No doubt, Oxuniprint Limited will now continue on their programme of improvement in HR and all other areas.
