No more recoupment of SSP

For those of you whose SSP payments regularly amounted to more than 13% of your monthly NI contributions, 2 questions:

1. Do you worry that your employee sickness levels are quite high?
2 .Did you know that from 6th April this year you can no longer recoup your SSP payments from HMRC?
