Start up business becomes BPIF member
Infinity Finishing has recently opened in Barwell Business Park, Chessington. Operating from a 600sqm unit, they offer perfect and PUR binding.
Co-directors Mark Winn and Ian Simkins have considerable experience of the finishing sector. They will target the printing industry, based inside the M25, the M3 corridor, Kent and Surrey.
Ian, previously employed at Andrews Print Finishing, says "there is a massive potential market for finishing companies like us. No-one has filled the void left by Andrews, because of cost and expertise. We will be handling run lengths from 500 to thousands"
The jewel in the crown is a 14 station Muller Martini Acoro, with the capability of producing jobs two-up, it can run with holt melt and PUR glue.
Response from the trade has been extremely positive, additional staff have been employed and the first work has been completed.
