Printing Salaries, have you compared yours?

The BPIF is acknowledged as the principal source of wage and salary information in the industry; we are currently collecting data to compile the next Salary survey report. If you want to benchmark your company’s salaries for free all you need to do is respond to the survey. This report provides more than just averages and ranges, it analyses salaries and other financial and non-financial benefits for 31 occupations in management, sales and other supervisory positions in the industry. Mercury Search & Selection are continuing their support for the BPIF Salary survey which this year will receive additional promotion through PrintWeek. Dani Novick, Mercury’s Managing Director, notes “The importance of having an authoritative benchmark for pay levels cannot be overstated. Inappropriate pay levels are a problem for everyone; when they are too low employers will fail to attract the best talent, if they are too high the company may not survive the competitive market.” This report can be yours for free; the salary survey questionnaire will have been mailed to your company earlier this month, simply complete the form and return it to the BPIF. One regular participant, Roger Ling (Managing Director at The Birches Printers Ltd) comments, “The value of the BPIF reports is immense. They provide us with vital information on wage and salary levels, which we use in making decisions within the company. BPIF members must be brain dead if they do not participate and get the information for free!” Please note that the Salary Survey Report 2007 will only be free to responding members. It will carry a charge of £250 to non-participating BPIF members. If you have any queries or would like to request a form email Kyle Jardine or call him on (020) 7915 8317.
