US print sales expert Terry Nagi and BPIF to host solutions selling workshop

Experienced workshop presenter and published author of print sales related books, Terry Nagi, will be joining forces with the BPIF in an interactive two-day solutions selling workshop designed specifically to improve the techniques and success rates of print sales professionals. The workshop will be taking place on 3 and 4th May 2005 at the PPA offices on Kingsway in central London. Well known in the printing industries on both sides of the Atlantic for his workshops and teaching style, Terry is enthusiastic about what he can bring to the delegates attending the course, “ This workshop is appropriate for sales pros who want to grow their career, significantly increase customer loyalty and sales, and increase the pleasure of selling. It is also appropriate for new sales representatives who want to get started on the right track, faster.” The workshop, the first element of the BPIF and XL Recruitment initiative aimed at tackling sales skills shortages in the industry, will cost £250 + VAT for the full two-day course plus course materials including a copy of Terry Nagi’s latest book, Solutions Selling. The course will include everything from insights into the requirements of print buyers, the competencies needed by sales teams in the 21st century and new technology to self-appraisal, solutions selling, e-business and goal setting combining case studies, group work and traditional lecture style.
