A FREE MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS REGISTER FOR BPIF MEMBERS

In the current difficult trading conditions, more and more companies are looking at the possibility of selling, merging or acquiring new businesses. And from our discussions with members, it has become clear that there is a need for a free service that will assist in both speeding up the process and in ensuring that appropriate matches are found.

The BPIF has therefore decided to launch a free 'Mergers and Acquisitions Register', that will allow  those members who are either acquisitive or considering the sale of their business to register their requirements with us.  All a member needs to do is complete the appropriate form and return it to us.

Please note that the information will be treated as highly confidential and not disclosed to anyone without their express permission. A company will be contacted if we become aware of either an appropriate acquisition or sales opportunity, and can then decide how it wishes to proceed.  

This is a free service which we believe members need. It will be provided alongside BTG Corporate Finance, who have been actively providing M&A advice in the industry for 30 years and have developed a strong network of appropriate contacts both nationally and internationally.
