Lean Foundation - a new quick, fun and print-specific introduction to lean principles
This three-day programme, starting on 27th September (one day a month during Sept, Oct, Nov) will train your staff in the core principles of Lean and Best Practice by engaging them in an interactive factory simulation. Delegates attending this course will gain hands-on experience and understanding of basic lean principles using a print specific manufacturing simulation and practical exercises led by ViP engineers. Team leaders will benefit enormously from this and staff at other levels can use it as an easy and fun introduction to Lean principles or as a top up to their skills.
“The desk top factory linked back to our business so well. The whole programme was exciting and I feel that I have learnt a lot of beneficial processes that will be crucial to the improvement of our business.” Zeki Akdeniz, Master Scheduler at CPI Group
Hosted by Sun Chemical at their Impact Centre South Normanton, Derbyshire, this short, cost effective three-day Lean training course is an opportunity not to be missed to raise the knowledge and skills of your staff.
