We only have 7 weeks left to take advantage of the grant (£1,000 per Trainee) for supporting the next generation by providing a work placement for enthusiastic and young individuals who can bring a fresh approach and new ideas to the workplace.

Our Traineeships programme are educational training programmes focused on giving young people the skills needed to succeed in a workplace. Traineeships are a great way to develop your talent and the potential of the next generation entering the workforce. Traineeships are also the perfect progression route onto an Apprenticeship programme and we can tailor the training programme to be relevant to your business.

Gemini Print Southern Ltd. 

Pre-Press, Finishing & Printer Traineeship – 10 positions available. 

This rare opportunity will prepare you to take an apprenticeship across any three of the print occupational pathways. This Traineeship will give you exposure to print process from start-finish, where you will learn skills, knowledge, and behaviour from a multi-disciplinary team of print professionals.

Wallace Print Ltd.  

Wide Format Print Technician – 2 positions available. 

Wallace Print are a well -established Printer based in Rochester, Kent. They have over 30 years’ experience to pass over to an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee. You will have access to experts across all print disciplines, and a clear progression pathway to a level 3 Print Technician apprenticeship standard.

Blackdown Fernhurst Ltd.

Print Finisher Assistant/Trainee – 1 position available.

This exciting Traineeship with Blackdown Fernhurst Ltd is the ideal opportunity to take your first steps into print and graphic design industry. Learning from their friendly and talented staff, you will learn the basics over the course of a 12-week Traineeship, with the option to continue to develop your skills, knowledge and behaviour by progressing onto a paid apprenticeship.

Blackdown Fernhurst have over 30 years’ experience within the print and graphic communications industry, they are offering a prestigious Traineeship in Graphic Design leading to a fully paid apprenticeship. This is an ideal role for those interested in design work, but with no experience.

Digital Marketing Trainee – 1 position available.
