All too often when visiting members' premises, BPIF Health and Safety Advisers see the results of careless driving by fork lift truck operators ranging from damaged racking, damaged roller shutter doors and walls and when asked if the incidents have been reported, most companies said no as nobody accepted responsibility

Accident Investigation

We will look at and discuss what information and checks must be made available and in place. Slips and trips are still the greatest cause of accidents / incidents in the workplace, and together we can eliminate them. The purpose of accident investigation is prevention, not blame.
