Whilst the BPIF have an excellent record in supporting businesses specifically around health and safety, we have listened to members and in conjunction with our own qualified internal staff, are now offering an expanded range of services provided by specialist associate companies. Health and Safety Training Courses
Exclusively for BPIF members, an annual Health and Safety Management Package has been created. This allows members to pick and mix up to 8 days consultancy services or training courses from 17 available modules*. An extensive range of short courses are available including IOSH Certification in Managing Safely, First Aid Training and Forklift Truck Training.
Occupational Health
An exclusive Employee Wellness Scheme (EWS) has been designed by the BPIF to provide cost-effective confidential support on a wide range of work, family and personal issues. A freephone service is available with 4 levels of entry offering 24 hour support 365 days of the year. A full suite of Health Surveillance and Screening Services, Medical Assessment Reporting and Sickness Absence Management is also available.
Occupational Hygiene
BPIF members have access to a free health check from which a bespoke Occupational Hygiene Management Scheme can be created. An extended suite of services is available including COSHH Risk Assessments, Local Exhaust Ventilation Testing and Workplace Air Monitoring, Workplace and Environmental Noise Monitoring, and a host of assessments such as Asbestos, Lighting and Ergonomics.
*a maximum of 3 days out of the 8 day allowance may be used for consultancy services
