The BPIF are holding a one day Customer Service Workshop at the BPIF London Offices, run by Dominic Wing, Head of BPIF Graduate Management Programme.

The workshop aims to help delegates understand the principle that good customer service is about knowing and understanding your customer, whereas excellent customer service is about adapting to your customer's needs.

• Suitable for junior or middle managers with responsibility for a customer service delivery team

Cost per delegate is £99 for BPIF members and £199 for non members and booking is on a first come first serve basis. There are only 12 available places so we recommend you book quickly, however if demand is great another workshop will be run on an additional date.
