BPIF to offer the PS9000 certification

This certification is based on the ISO9000:2000 principle but tailored to specifically suit the Pharmaceutical industry. It is the ideal method for Print companies who are actual or potential suppliers to the pharmaceutical sector to satisfy the demands from their customers to demonstrate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). PS 9000 is the recommended system for GMP for companies supplying product contact material, leaflets, or secondary packaging. PS 9000 is aimed at product safety and security, and provides confidence to customers that the supplier is professionally managed. PS 9000 is directly applicable to companies supplying to the veterinarian, medicines and medical devices markets.
