National Council endorses proposed settlement

The National Council has endorsed the proposed settlement reached with Amicus GPM Sector on 16 February. The terms of the settlement will now be put to a ballot of Amicus GPM Sector members. Members will be advised of the outcome on this website. No action should be taken to implement the settlement until advised by the BPIF. As part of the settlement the Amicus GPM Sector has re-affirmed their commitment to the full cost recovery clause in the National Agreement.
