Thank you and farewell
The BPIF South West regional team would like to say a fond farewell and huge thank you to Terrye Teverson who has supported the BPIF both as the SW representative on the Government and Industry Committee but also on the SW Regional Board. Terrye, who has run KCS Trade Print in Launceston, Cornwall, for around 30 years, will be retiring from the sector to take up a fine art degree in Falmouth. Terrye has painted for some years so this is will be the achievement of a long-time ambition.
Over recent years Terrye has also achieved industry accolades such as finalist in 2015 for the ‘Women of the Year Awards' which celebrated outstanding achievements of businesswomen across the UK. She was the first ever finalist from the South West in the awards' 33-year history and joined women from publishing, communications, design, engineering and zoology at the time.
KSC Trade Print have specialised in producing integrated labels with 1D and 2D barcodes in the UK since 1999, they employ around 29 staff and have an annual turnover of £3 million. The business also manufactures business forms with integrated labels and membership cards.
Dawn Reid, BPIF Regional Director for the area said, "We wish Terrye and her family all the best for the future, I'm sure she'll be spending more time with her grandchildren too."
