BPIF cost reduction programme for SMEs
The BPIF has a range of services focused on understanding cost recovery, efficiency and output and best practice and as part of linking in services members might find beneficial we have taken on a new consultant who focuses on cost reduction.
Whilst you will have scrutinised all costs over the past few years and continue to do so, we have found independent and objective input can often highlight opportunities to further reduce costs albeit you might feel you have good commercial reasons for these higher costs as part of your supplier relationships. But it might be worth a look as the service is commission based on results.
Whilst you keep a close eye on costs we might identify some additional areas through objective and widespread experience of benchmarks.
- 100 point plan - application of innovative ideas/initiatives to improve profits
- Average annual savings achieved of £100k
- Commission based: If no savings then no payment
- BPIF Consultant working in the sector for over 20 years
- Past customers include: Saxon Packaging, Swallowtail Print, Castle Colour, Printondemand-Worldwide, Micropress Printers, Northend Creative Print, Colchester Print Group, BD&H, Fisherprint, Hollinger Print
