Enter the prestigious Princess Royal Training Awards

The Princess Royal Training Awards recognise employers who have successfully developed training and skills development programmes to improve overall business performance.

The awards, delivered by the City & Guilds Group, are free to enter and are open to private, public and non-profit organisations of all sizes, across all sectors.

Both short-term and long-term schemes and development strategies will be considered, as long as they have had a positive impact on the organisation, such as:

  • driving commercial benefits
  • productivity improvement
  • increasing customer satisfaction
  • staff retention
  • boosting employee morale

You may submit more than one application if you have more than one training programme in place, provided that each has benefitted your business in different ways.

You will still receive support and feedback on your training programme even if you are not a winner. This will allow you to improve on your existing strategies and aid future applications to the awards.

Benefits to organisations by applying:

  • Analyse learning and development plans in detail
  • Gain expert advice on how to improve training programme
  • Boost business performance by learning how to build a training strategy
  • The chance to showcase the exceptional training being delivered
  • Invitation to the exclusive and prestigious Awards ceremony if award achieved

Applications can be made online between 15 January 2016 and 15 April 2016.
