National Apprenticeship Week 2022

Home / Training & Development / National Apprenticeship Week 2022

BPIF Training are excited to be celebrating National Apprenticeship Week through a range of events and webinars, exploring how individuals and employers can get more involved in apprenticeships. There will be an opportunity to recognise past and present apprentices’ achievements and hear their experiences on courses in the industry. Plus, find out more about careers in print, apprenticeship funding and recruitment and apprentice vacancies.

If you missed the sessions, recordings are available after the sessions below. Just click on the day’s event you have missed to watch the video now.

You will gain an insight into the career possibilities and progression routes within our vibrant, thriving print industry. The webinar will consist of a panel of expert apprentices, across a range of programmes and levels, answering questions on their experiences and the industry.

Aimed at employers of all sizes, this webinar will guide you through the funding opportunities available to support you with your apprenticeship provision. If you are a large business wondering how to utilise your apprenticeship levy or a small business concerned about the cost of hiring an apprentice, then this webinar is for you. We will also explore other funding opportunities to build capacity within your business.

Aimed at employers and apprentices, this webinar will take you through a journey in print. If you are an employer you will hear about how an apprentice can complement your current workforce and for apprentices, you will be able to get an insight into how print has changed through the generations and the value you can gain from the years' of experience your mentors in the industry have.

Aimed at employers, parents, carers, guardians, students and teachers, this webinar aims to give you the tools to ensure that your apprenticeship vacancy attracts highly motivated candidates as well as ensuring that as a young person, you are positioning yourself in the best way to get that job!

The MD of Training will reflect on National Apprenticeship Week 2022, giving a summary of the key conversations from the week as well as highlighting the plans for BPIF in the coming year.

This will be an opportunity to get involved an ask any questions that you have had from earlier in the week.
