In a large-scale field study conducted by Harvard Business Review, a luxury e-commerce retailer found that by adding print catalogues, it increased sales by 28% and inquiries by 77%. It also yielded a direct ROI of 600%.

At its meeting ending on 15 December 2021, the MPC voted by a majority of 8-1 to increase Bank Rate by 0.15 percentage points, to 0.25%. Following yesterday's news that inflation (CPI) surged to 5.1% in the 12 months to November.
