G . F Smith acquires specialist Fine Art Paper Supplier R . K Burt & Co. to expand its reach in the Creative Sector

G . F Smith, the world’s most remarkable and respected fine paper company, announced today that is has acquired R . K Burt & Co, the leading fine art paper supplier.  

The acquisition combines two leading specialist fine paper suppliers operating in different markets and enables both businesses to mutually benefit from combined expertise, warehousing and skilled staff.

R. K. Burt will continue to operate in its current location as an independent business within  G . F Smith. Clifford and Richard Burt will remain with the business. Charlotte Couchman will be promoted to Director of R . K Burt and will join the existing G . F Smith senior leadership team. All other staff will retain their current positions.
