Double Seal of Excellence for Amberley Adhesive Labels

Double Seal of Excellence for Amberley Adhesive Labels

Amberley Adhesive Labels, based in Blandford Forum, have recently bagged themselves BPIF Seal of Excellence Awards in H&S and Environmental.

The Dorset based firm were presented with their two certificates by Dawn Reid, Regional Director for the area. Steve Oliver (pictured) said, "Here at Amberley Labels H&S is taken very seriously along with sustainability and recycling which are both important to us. We have invested in reducing our carbon footprint with LED lighting, voltage optimization and over 40% of our company fleet is now electric or hybrid. We have met great targets by simply segregating our label conversion waste to ensure that 100% is diverted from landfill. So, to have some recognition by way of a BPIF Seal of Excellence, that we practice this at all levels in both H&S and Environmental is very important to us."

Dawn added, "The BPIF Seal of Excellence Awards are a great way for individuals, departments and businesses to demonstrate their expertise both internally and to the print industry. Often the SoE Award is just one stage in a programme of continued improvement, and I know the team are keen to obtain the HR SoE to bag themselves the full suite and the BPIF Seal of Business Excellence too. Well done to all of those who've contributed to this success."
