Improve your communication channels to win over customers

Improve your communication channels to win over customers

Review your communication channels

Make a marketing plan, outlining who you are, what you do, who your customers are, and how you plan to market to them. Your plan should cover a 12-month period.

The BPIF Marketing Excellence Programme offers a set of bespoke services as well as training courses to help your company develop its marketing presence and gain useable tools to assist with improving communications with clients (old and new), increase sales, advance data management, and create successful campaign planning. Improve tenders

Bidding for and winning tender work can form an important part of this business mix. If you're facing tenders in the New Year make sure your bid stands out. Our team can help you with this, contact Meeka Walwyn-Lewis at [email protected]
