BPIF help students 'Build their Skills'

BPIF help students 'Build their Skills'

As part of the Building My Skills Programme, Darren Shepherd, Regional Director North, delivered a presentation to 120 year 10 students at Ripon Outwood Academy.

The presentation included the skills that are needed for apprentices in our industry, and the career opportunities available for the students.

80 schools are registered on the programme, each having 5 sessions with businesses which provides a total of 52,000 learning hours to schools.

In 2018/19, BPIF members are delivering 10 sessions, with the ambition of growing the interaction in coming years.

If you would like further information as to how you could take part in 2019/20 please contact Darren Shepherd at [email protected]
