Paragon Group acquires Imprimus
Jeremy Walters, CEO – Paragon Customer Communications UK confirmed that Paragon Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of Imprimus Limited, based in Redruth, Cornwall. The company will become part of Paragon Customer Communications in the United Kingdom - Paragon Customer Communications is the largest company within the Paragon Group, which has a total of more than 5,000 employees in 15 countries, and an annual turnover of more than €700 million. Paragon Customer Communications works with a portfolio of blue chip clients to transform their customer communications, using the very latest technological innovations to generate meaningful and responsive customer interaction.
With 14 production and service sites around the United Kingdom, Paragon Customer Communications products and solutions include secure document services, data strategy and insight, print and digital services as well as customer communication management.

Slight recovery of output and orders falls short of expectations in Q4 - confidence concerns mount in 2024

Performance in the UK's printing and printed packaging industry did improve in Q4, as far as output and orders are concerned. However, it didn't come close to what would historically be considered the seasonal norm, nor quite match the subdued expectations for Q4.
