Turning a new Page: Two Sides publishes unique new micro-magazine for the print industry
Two Sides announce the publication of The Page – a short format magazine packed with exclusive content for the print and paper industry.
Created by Two Sides, in partnership with Duplo and Antalis, The Page, with its easy-to-digest 16-page format, will complement the UK's established print industry news publications. Full of facts, information, research and innovation from the world of print and paper, the new magazine will be published three times a year with an initial circulation of 8,000 copies.
Marine Kerivel-Brown, Head of International Marketing at Duplo, says;
"The Page is short, punchy and is packed with powerful stories from the world of print. This is a great micro-mag that will benefit everyone by raising the profile of Print in today's virtual world. Duplo are proud to be sponsoring it, and we already can't wait for September's issue!"
As well as promoting the effectiveness and vital role print plays in the rapidly developing world of media and marketing, The Page will also examine the sustainability and consumer perception of paper, challenging the myth that digital has a lower environmental footprint than print. The reality is, of course, that paper and cardboard are natural, renewable and recyclable materials, and the only truly sustainable communication choice for media, marketing and packaging.
Matthew Botfield, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Antalis says;
"I always enjoyed reading the previous versions of The Page, when it was just a humble 4-page newsletter. Antalis are thrilled to be a part of The Page 2.0 and we're looking forward to sharing the magazine with our staff and customers within the UK and Ireland."
Martyn Eustace, Chairman of Two Sides, says;
"We are extremely excited to publish the newest edition of The Page. ‘The Page' started life as a quarterly newsletter back in 2016, but our members soon grew hungry for something with a bit more bite. With the help from our partners Duplo International and Antalis, as well as support from Denmaur Paper Media and Precision Colour Printing, we were able to beef-up The Page into an engaging, content-packed magazine."
The Page will be hitting desks around the UK from mid-June. To receive your own free copy, as well as future editions, subscribe to The Page here www.twosides.info/the-page.
Recycled and Carbon Balanced
The Page is printed on Revive 100 by Denmaur – made from 100% recycled fibre and the carbon emissions have been balanced with leading conservation charity World Land Trust. The Page was printed using vegetable-based inks by ISO 14001-accredited printer Precision Colour Printing.

Slight recovery of output and orders falls short of expectations in Q4 - confidence concerns mount in 2024
22 February 2024
Performance in the UK's printing and printed packaging industry did improve in Q4, as far as output and orders are concerned. However, it didn't come close to what would historically be considered the seasonal norm, nor quite match the subdued expectations for Q4.
