Keeping you up to date with your legal requirements relating to Health & Safety

Keeping you up to date with your legal requirements relating to Health & Safety

Please find below a new listing highlighting Health & Safety legislation which may apply to print and packaging companies in the industry. This document is to assist you with compliance to your company and in line with the requirements of ISO18001. If utilising for this purpose, members will need to add further information to that included, to allow demonstration to how the legislation applies to the company operation.

This document will be reviewed on a six-monthly basis in line with any legislation changes and circulated through to BPIF members to allow any local documentation updates and also ISO Legal Register reviews. A copy will also be held within the library of the BPIF website.

How to utilise the benefits of this document;
- A brief description of what the legislation entails is provided, plus if you click on to each heading it will lead you to the full article online.
- Although you'll find all health & safety legislation is listed for print and packaging companies, this doesn't mean all of the information relates to the member company, therefore action will need to be taken to review the listing in line with company requirements.
- You'll see a check box beside each listing, therefore if you see a tick in this box it is to advise of a change in legislation within the last 12 months. You'll also see a brief summary of the changes within the box below this.
