The BPIF are pleased to announce that we are organising a trip to Dusseldorf for Drupa 2012.

We are orgainising our event for Thursday 10 May returning on Sunday 13 May, flying from Birmingham, Manchester or Heathrow. All coach transfers within Germany will be included in the price and we will be staying at the Carat Hotel, Monschau for three nights. We will leave early on Thursday to arrive at Drupa at approx 10am. The flight back will be at approx 8pm so we will have the full day at the exhibition. The hotel we use is approx 1 1/2 hrs away from Dusseldorf which keeps the cost down and from previous experience we have found that members have enjoyed the chance to network on the journey to and from the exhibition. This also gives everyone the chance to review what they saw and what they recommend others should see which is extremely helpful as the exhibition is so big.

On the Friday evening we are planning to stay in Dusseldorf until approx 11pm as we have done previously, which gives everyone the chance to enjoy a meal and socialise.

The cost for this trip is £620 per delegate based on two people sharing a twin room. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per delegate will be required to secure your place.
