The Visual Media Conference is back for another year!

The Visual Media Conference (VMC) is doing things differently this year and celebrating virtually across three days from 21 – 23 September 2021. This year’s theme is sustainability through innovation which will be exploring how the creative landscape can continue to evolve whilst maintaining sustainability.

The event will be split into three days of live sessions, with supporting pre-recorded content, for viewers to navigate in a TV style viewing as they choose to do so.

The VMC will take attendees on a journey around the hot topics being discussed across all parts of the creative and digital industry. Day 1 will be kicking off with a focus around what is the true meaning of the word sustainability. Followed by Day 2 discussing how the creative industry has innovated to become sustainable and how technology has adapted to maintain this. With the final day looking to explore exactly what the environmental impacts of sustainability are, and how the work in the creative industry can continue to support this.

The visual media landscape is broad and diverse, with businesses operating in a wide range of specialist markets and the VMC aims to encapsulate exactly that. Now in its 8th year, the VMC is excited to be continuing to grow and build a community for people to discuss core the core topics and insights on sustainability through innovation. With this year being virtual, there is a core opportunity to deliver an event with a wider scope for networking direct from everyone’s homes.

“Having pondered long and hard about how to reinforce VMC thought leadership we’re creating new ways to inform and entertain – providing a ‘pick and mix’ of events over 3 days. This allows an attendee to personalise their experience by choosing from an array of outstanding world class speakers, panels and specially curated content with Q&A. Register now for your chance to win the first ‘golden ticket’.” Robert McClement, President, CDI

Last year the VMC rose to the challenge of the pandemic and migrated with great success to an on-line format. VMC 2020 saw 550 delegates drawn from around the world with previous years speakers including HP, Coca-Cola, Jaguar Land Rover and Nestle.

We look forward to welcoming you to, what is set out to be an opportunity to network and hear from leading speakers in the industry. Stay tuned for further details or get in contact with Meeka Walwyn-Lewis to find out more about how you can get involved.
