Introducing the BPIF HR and H&S Platform

Introducing the BPIF HR and H&S Platform

How compliant are you?

As a business, you want to be able to get easily accessible, actionable advice and expertise to ensure that you stay on top and make sure that you take care of your most valuable assets – your people.

Our new HR and H&S platform gives you an intuitive and integrated suite of online tools to carry out your own personalised health checks to make sure that you stay compliant and on top of the latest HR and H&S legislation.

We're encouraging companies to review their compliance to understand if they are placing any aspects of their operation at risk.   It is important companies understand all areas of non-compliance, to enable an appropriate action plan of safety improvements.  Companies who fail to take health and safety seriously, run the risk of injury, penalties and even imprisonment for managers and directors who fail in their duty of care to their employees.

With digitalisation being the key to success moving forward, our online platform gives you all the tools you need to stay compliant. You can access the portal using your member login via the website, which is perfect for remote working. During the pandemic, we have continued to develop services to ensure we support our members with easily accessible, actionable advice and expertise, in a rapidly changing working environment.

We've created a self-assessment, accessible to platinum members, to understand any gaps in compliancey. You can login to the BPIF website to complete this by following this link: https://healthcheck.britishprint.com

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire you’ll receive a full report showing an action plan highlighting improvements appropriate to your company, along with links to the relevant support tools within the BPIF website.

It is easy to use, with 7 clear simple steps which will support and guide you through developing an extensive action plan for compliancy, with tools and resources at hand.

  1. Login to your personalised healthcheck portal
  2. Select your personalised questionnaire to begin healthcheck
  3. Use the assisted descriptions to answer the questions sections.
  4. Once all questions are completed get your health check results
  5. Review your level of compliancy via your personalised report.
  6. Develop a bespoke action plan based around the report recommendations.
  7. Report recommendations are linked through to the BPIF becoming compliant roadmap for clear guidance and support.

Once you have produced your action plan, we have industry expert advisers which you can work through it with, or alternatively self-service yourself with the guidance that we have available.

For further information, or to know more about the platform and how you can get access, get in contact with your regional Health and Safety or Human Resources adviser today.
