• The importance of relationships for success with funders, HMRC, landlords and supply chain etc.
• Returning to work - what will the cost be?
• Opportunities and threats for businesses - who could benefit and who could suffer?
• Do you have the processes in place to support these changes or do existing ones need reviewing?

He has operated for 30 years in senior HR roles, including as HRD, where he has overseen major re-structuring and change projects, introduced comprehensive team development and leadership programmes, and developed an award-winning apprenticeship scheme. Rob is also a speaker, author, keen cricketer, lifelong Birmingham City fan, and owner of a dog named Why.
