• Do you want it to revert to business as usual?
• Do you need to be / want to be different?
• Was decision making effective in the ‘survival' phase - will this suffice in ‘revive' and ‘recover' phases?
• How do you build resilience for people and processes?
• Forecasting, how to plan in an ever evolving situation
• Government support - how long will it last and what's next?
• The importance of relationships for success with funders, HMRC, landlords and supply chain etc.
• Returning to work - what will the cost be?
• Opportunities and threats for businesses - who could benefit and who could suffer?
