Leeds Business School are delighted to welcome Ian Schofield as December's speaker in their guest lecture series.

Dedicating his career to packaging and printing, Ian Schofield was Own Label Manager at Iceland in January 2018 when they announced their plans to become the first mainstream retailer to be plastic free on all of their own-brand products by 2023.

With no universal kerbside waste packaging policy and as we continue to send our waste overseas or into landfill, consumers are ultimately confused as to what to do, what options are available and what can be done next.

Ian will address these questions as he discusses designing sustainability into food packaging.
