Upon successful completion, the learner will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management (equivalent to a Foundation Degree), as well as a Level 5 Trailblazer Certificate.

The Level 5 Programme takes 2-3 years to complete, with workshops held at BPIF premises where candidates have the chance to share knowledge and best practice, as well as the opportunity to network with course mates. The programme includes expert speakers in areas such as HR, Legal, Finance & Lean Manufacturing and all candidates are fully supported by experienced and qualified BPIF tutors.
