Information

We have assembled a panel with experience in our sector and SME’s to give their objective view of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We will be exploring how consolidation pressures are manifesting themselves and what outputs and opportunities does this present for those with an appetite to thrive and grow?

We are all aware of the headwinds affecting our economic uncertainty associated with the fallout from Covid19 which will likely be with us for a while. But, with transformational deals and an increased awareness of the value in the marketing, M&A activity could be seen as an opportunity.

Questions that we will be exploring are:

  • How do Banks view restructuring and bolt on acquisitions?
  • Has Private Equity opened up opportunities to fund deals in a more creative way?
  • How to maximise the process of acquisition and gain support – looking at how niche businesses could be an opportunity to transform your business model?
  • Has the M&A process changed for an SME owner whether a buyer or seller?
  • How can financial institutions look to manage this more effectively with headwind pressures?
