North West training provision awarded a ''B'' grade

Hot on the heels of the EV grade A visit to the North East a few weeks ago. The North West team was also Externally verified and awarded a grade B.The good news is that Nigel Cottam the EV graded the North West team as follows: on a scale based A to E ( A being the best) Management Systems - AResources - ACandidate Support - AAssessment - AIV / Quality Assurance - BRecords - AContinuous Improvement - AOverall grade no higher than IV grade ( B )His full report will be circulated but his comments are very complimentary about our provision, well done to Dave Hall, Steve Lewis and Peter Salmon and especially Scott Campbell who completed the essential records at 03.30 monday morning.Could we have any better comments on our provision prior to ALI inspection!
