BPIF constitution reformed

It sets out the rules by which the Federation is run and enables all members to understand what is expected and how the Federation is managed. The first budget under a pure Conservative Government for nearly 20 years promised to put Britain firmly on the path from a high tax, high welfare society to a lower tax, lower welfare society.
