Guidance on Religious Belief

You will be aware of the latest decisions in long-running religious discrimination cases, including the woman at British Airways who was not allowed to wear a crucifix.

As a result of the decisions the Equality & Human Rights Commission has published new guidance (Please see link below)
 
It's packed full of sample requests for religious accommodation that employees might make, and contains practical guidance on how employers should deal with them. We recommend it as a useful tool in the ever-changing world of discrimination.
