Salary survey

  • Do you know the market rate for a sales executive?
  • How do your salaries compare with other companies?
  • Do you have the right salary information for staff recruitment, retention and planning?

Respond to the Salary survey now; download the questionnaire below.

The BPIF's Salary survey report will provide you with this vital data. This report will help you to make key decisions on a wide range of issues including staff motivation and performance, cost control, flexible reward systems and the maintenance of a fair and non-discriminatory pay structure.

The BPIF is acknowledged as the principal source of wage and salary information in the industry. The Salary survey report offers the most comprehensive and reliable information exclusive to the printing, packaging and graphic communications industries - not only on salaries but on other benefits, including performance and profit related pay, pensions, health insurance and company cars.

As with the other BPIF survey reports, pricing structure is £250 to non-responding members, £500 to non-members (£250 if they take part). However, the report is free to all members that take part in the survey. Simply download the form and complete the relevant sections.

Please be assured that all returns to the BPIF Salary survey are kept highly confidential (only the Research and Information Manager has access to the data). All results will be aggregated and no individual companies will be identified in the report.

For further information on participating in the BPIF Salary survey please contact Kyle Jardine on 028 9002 0135 or e-mail BPIF Research here.
