North West project funding opportunities

North West project funding opportunities

Here at the BPIF we are always looking at ways to develop our members' operations. In doing so we would like to draw your attention to a funding opportunity that may be worth considering.

Areas that are covered by this funding are defined by the LEP areas in the North West; Greater Manchester, Cheshire & Warrington, Cumbria, Lancashire and Liverpool City regions.

Typical projects applicable for funding are:

  • Lean Manufacturing Implementation
  • Admin and workflow (Process) Streamlining
  • 5C/5S Workplace Organisation
  • ISO 9001/14001
  • Materials Waste Reduction

(This list is not exhaustive)

The Manufacturing Growth Fund is available to businesses with the ambition to increase production capacity, increase innovation and access new markets.

Support is available for significant projects with a value of up to £10,000, attracting funding of 30% towards the cost.

If you are interested in gaining access to and utilising the funding available from the Manufacturing Growth Fund, please contact the Northern Business Centre on 01924 203339.
