BPIF Specialist Services to offer wealth of additional resources for the industry
In a bid to remain fully relevant and accessible to its members, the BPIF has rebranded its Consultancy department to BPIF Specialist Services, following a member discussion forum and a department restructure.
While BPIF Consultancy has long existed to supplement the expert Health and Safety, HR, Legal and Training advice members receive as standard, Specialist Services was felt to be a more accurate description of the wealth of extra resources on offer from the department.
The department, which rebranded on 1st September, saves businesses time, money and risk by cutting out the hassle of researching un-vetted business support on the open market. It provides a range of trusted services specific to the industry in Process Improvement, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resources, Certification, Technical, Business Development and more.
Services currently proving popular include GDPR support, sales development training, ISO 9001 / 14001 transitions, cost rate reviews, marketing support and occupational health.
Specialist Services Director Chris Selby said, "We believe the new branding will help members and others within the industry to get a clearer picture of what we're about. By contacting Specialist Services, companies can say goodbye to a stab-in-the-dark search for the right business solution on their own. We not only work closely with many industry bodies, but we have a trusted, independent and vetted network of Specialists with an understanding of current industry issues."
"While members receive a special discount on services, we aim for competitive pricing so that the whole industry can benefit from our collaborative expertise. So whatever the size or budget, we work hard to find a cost-effective solution."
Specialist Services Manager Meeka Walwyn-Lewis said, "The BPIF strives to keep its members at the heart of everything it does. BPIF Specialist Services plays a unique part in this, and I'm pleased to say that our new branding reflects this. I'd encourage all those within the print industry to try out the services we're offering."

22 February 2024
Performance in the UK's printing and printed packaging industry did improve in Q4, as far as output and orders are concerned. However, it didn't come close to what would historically be considered the seasonal norm, nor quite match the subdued expectations for Q4.
