Nestlé and Marks & Spencer to headline major food packaging summit

The line-up of speakers is now finalised for a major food packaging event taking place at Stationers' Hall in London on 28 September. The Food Packaging Summit 2016, being organised by the British Coatings Federation (BCF) representing printing inks manufacturers, along with BPIF Cartons and the Stationers' Company, will provide a unique insight into the workings of the food packaging supply chain.

Nestlé and Marks & Spencer will explain their expectations of the packaging supply chain. Other speakers include speakers from the European printing ink association, INCPEN, the Food and Drink Federation, lead sponsor Sun Chemical, Coveris, and BCF's Printing Inks Consultant, Chris Whitehead. The summit will cover the latest regulatory landscape in Europe impacting food safety, the Circular Economy and challenges facing carton printing, flexible packaging, and how to minimise the risks of migration. During the course of the Summit, speakers will explain how consumers can be assured of the continued safety of their food packaging.

The Summit takes place at Stationers' Hall in London, on Wednesday 28 September, and the programme is available at £95 for members of related Trade Associations. Sponsor slots are now sold out - thank you to sponsors - lead sponsor Sun Chemical, plus Ashland Industries Europe GmbH, BYK-Gardner QC Instruments, Flint Group, hubergroup UK, Paragon Inks and X-Rite Europe GmbH.
