The BPIF are pleased to announce that we are organising a trip to Dusseldorf for Drupa 2016 and as you have accompanied us on our previous trips or expressed an interest, we are offering you 'first bite of the cherry'.

As you know previously organised trips to Drupa have proved to be very successful and unfortunately some members were unable to attend due to the high level of acceptance. In order to prevent any disappointment for Drupa 2016 we have already reserved flights and accommodation well in advance.

We are organising our event for Thursday 2 June returning on Sunday 5 June, flying from Birmingham, Manchester or Heathrow. Included in the price will be flights and a 3 night stay at the Commundo Hotel, Neuss. This hotel is considerably closer to Dusseldorf than the ones we have previously used giving delegates the option of staying later in Dusseldorf in the evenings.

The cost for this trip is £695 per delegate based on two people sharing a twin room. A non-refundable deposit of £175 per delegate will be required to secure your place. The balance for this trip will need to be paid no later than Friday 11 March 2016.

We can offer members from Northern Ireland hotel accommodation for 3 nights and a coach transfer to Drupa each morning but unfortunately not flights (Aer Lingus fly direct from Dublin to Dusseldorf).  Cost based on 2 people sharing a twin room is £550pp.
